Floyd Don Davis

Mr. Floyd Don Davis is the founder of Davis, Kessler & Davis and continues to lead the fight for his clients' rights. During his 41 years of practice, he has served two terms as the elected General Sessions Judge for Franklin County, Tennessee. He began his term as General Sessions Judge in 1982 and he served as the General Sessions Judge until retiring from the bench in 2004.

Upon retiring from the bench in March of 2004, Mr. Floyd Don Davis formed the firm of Davis, Kessler & Davis and he maintains a license to practice law in all Tennessee State Courts, United States Federal Court, Eastern District and the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court to date.

Mr. Floyd Don Davis's reputation is well known throughout Tennessee for tackling the tough case and taking the tough issues to trial. He is well revered for leading the fight against insurance companies and is well known for never selling his clients short. Mr. Floyd Don Davis has received numerous awards throughout his legal career and just recently his firm, Davis, Kessler & Davis was named the best law firm in Franklin County, Tennessee.

Nick Kessler

Norris A. Kessler, III, better known as "Nick," is a graduate of The University of Memphis School of Law in Memphis, Tennessee. He was born in Shelby County and raised in Maury County. Nick Kessler moved to Franklin County and has become well known and respected in the Franklin County community where he has been practicing law since 2003. He has developed a reputation for covering every angle for his clients.

While in law school, Nick Kessler was a member of The University of Memphis law review. He continues the same success practicing law where he has developed diverse legal experience in personal injury, workers compensation, criminal defense, family law, Social Security Disability and bankruptcy law. Nick Kessler prides himself as a litigator spending a great amount of his time in the courtroom.

Nick Kessler controls the legal library at the law firm ensuring that the recent developments at the Legislature, United States Supreme Court, Tennessee Supreme Court and the Appellate Courts are applicably put to work to assist the attorneys of Davis, Kessler & Davis. He possesses the skillful art of deciphering complex opinions ensuring that every advantage is discovered and tactfully employed.

Andy Peters Davis

Andy Peters Davis attended law school in San Diego, California, where he graduated from California Western School of Law and returned back to his hometown to join the law firm. Andy Davis was born in Winchester, Tennessee. His education and work experience took him to all corners of the world before returning to work in Tennessee.

After becoming licensed to practice law in Tennessee, Andy Davis joined the law firm and was thrown to the fire in his first year. Andy Davis demonstrated an acute ability to adapt and learn the local laws and continues to strive in the practice of law. The town of Estill Springs retained Andy Davis as the City's attorney.

Andy Davis is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee State Courts and Federal Courts.
